It is easy to get carried away with the many different thoughts that fill your head every single moment. The emotions that you are experiencing is a reflection of the thought that is occupying the most space in your head. However in the event that you have many strong contenders vying for your attention up there, you will most likely have a dreadful headache. Perhaps assigning specified time to deal with the different thoughts might allow for some needed sanity. Once you have done that, allow yourself to be in the moment.
