When you are doing any form of business, you need to realise that you are not the true expert. Sure, you might have some additional knowledge, accolades, people might call you an ‘expert’ and what have you but in reality when you are in business, you are the service provider. You provide a service to your customers by offering them with either tangible or intangible products. Realise that your customer is the expert, not you. He or she is the expert of whatever that him or her is facing and need help with. It is then up to you how you want to solve the respective needs and problems. Usually, if you can set aside your ego and focus on making your customers lives better and easier, the answer will reveal itself.
