The only way to grow is to push beyond your comfort zone. The safe zone that makes you feel good and at ease. It is not about how the activity or action is perceived by other people, but just you. If it is a breeze for you then that is your comfort zone. The way to the next level is to push that zone. You can choose to do it incrementally or drastically, as long as you do not hurt yourself. However, taking small but consistent incremental steps is found to be more sustainable and will usually prevail in the long run. So depending on your goals, do it accordingly.
