If you have ever tried to lose weight or build muscle, you would know that either ways require tremendous effort and discipline. And that if you were to give up along the way, you would have to start all over again. There is no magic button that will pause your progress for however long you want and pick it up where you left off when you feel like it. Thinking otherwise only serves to put you behind. If you ever think of giving up, remember the effort that you have put in thus far. Is “taking a break” worth all the struggle that you been through? Do you really want to go through with it all over again? If you are tired of having to start over again and again, stop giving up. Work on it till the end. You are not alone.
