What we think, we become. Therefore it is imperative that you fill it up with positive and encouraging thoughts. When you think that you can’t do something, it can then manifest into a belief system that will not allow you to be able to carry whatever that is out. It might not even be a big thing. Most people could have done it easily, but because you think you can’t, so you can’t. Likewise, if you always go with the ‘can do’ mentality. It then becomes a strength that you can use to achieve whatever that is you want to achieve. So get rid of your “can’t”(s), instead find ways to make them a “can”.
