The Hardest Day Is Day One. The Second, Is Day Two

When you are going to embark on something that is important to you, know that the road is not going to be all roses. Yes, you have made the decision to better your situation. Good for you. Now you have to carry it out. And this is where it will actually determine if you are going to achieve that which you have decided for or not. The first day is usually going to be hardest. Because you are not used to it. It is something out of the ordinary for your routine. The challenge is to persistently continue at it day by day. And the more consistent number of days you have logged in, the less hard your journey becomes. At that point, remember to not be complacent or cut yourself some slack. Keep at it. Until to the point you feel that something is amiss because you haven’t done what you have been doing all this time. That is when you know that you are on the right track. You won’t even allow excuses to avoid doing it when you have to from staying in your mind for more than a moment. You just won’t. Until you do. And then you have to start all over again.
