All of our life, we have somehow been conditioned to worry when things are going wrong. Yes, of course when things go south, you should be concerned. However, some people take it a little too far. You need to remember that by being either concerned or worried, it would not make the situation any better. What it will do is only add additional burden upon yourself. The distinction between being concerned and worried is simple. The former allows you to still think and strategise your best solutions to counter whereas the latter pretty much paralyses your mind from using its core function that is to think, at least rationally. It is therefore in your best interest to be in the former situation at any given time. If you can condition your mind to not fall into the traps of the latter, which is quite attractive when you are caught up in the moment, you would have set yourself apart from most, in the best possible way.
