The work and service that we provide to others need to go beyond just what is acceptable or the norm if we want to be truly successful. However way you may define success – be it through impact, reach, profits or all of the above – one thing is clear. They all relate back to the value that you bring in to the lives of those you serve or sell to. So before you get inundated with the marketing, product design, logistics etc. be very clear on the value that you add to the lives of the people that you or your business come into contact with. Once that is straightened out, focus on adding it constantly and consistently.
