We all do this, knowingly or unknowingly. We tend to judge ourselves more often than we’d like to admit. And we could very well be our own worst critic. Why is it that when there already are so many people out there who would gladly criticise you just so that they could feel better, would you do the same or even worst to yourself? We are what we tell ourselves, to a large extent that is, and judging is not something that serves to benefit us whatsoever. So stop doing that. Love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be your own best cheerleader. You very much so deserve it.
