You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know

Be truthful to yourself. If you do not know something, admit it. If you’re too insecure and embarrass to say it to others, at the very least be honest with yourself. When that is done, you can then find ways to overcome the challenge. Until you are honest with your shortcomings, but at the same time, not let it define you, you will not be able to go on to the next level. That is what successful people do – is that they realise that they are very limited in skills and resources but never in the mind (which everyone can learn from) – surrounding themselves with people who can fill the gaps in their arsenal.
